Click and Collect

1. Select "Click & Collect" from our store, Edito boutique, during checkout
2. Confirm and pay for your order online
3. Collect in-store when notified

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection, please only proceed to the store for pickup when you receive this email.

We do our best to fulfill orders within 3 hours*
*Eligible for all orders placed 3 hours before store close. Please note orders placed overnight will be ready 3 hours after store open.

When collecting your order please bring A proof of purchase and A valid photo ID. Orders should only be collected by the person who's name is listed on the order.

Your order must be collected from our store, Edito Boutique, in New Farm, Brisbane.

We hold click & collect orders for 7 days. If a click & collect order is not collected within 7 days of placing the order, it will be cancelled and refunded back onto the original method of payment. This will be communicated via email to the email address provided for the order.

Our online returns policy applies to all purchases made online, regardless of whether they are delivered or collected in-store. Please view our full returns policy for all information relating to returns.

Yes! There is no pick-up fee for Click & Collect orders or minimum spend.
