Ordering & Delivery
+What delivery options do you offer in Australia and internationally?
We offer free standard delivery within Australia for orders over AU $200. Orders under that amount incur a small delivery fee, shown at checkout. Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends & public holidays). For international orders, shipping costs and duties will be calculated at checkout. Learn more about Delivery.
+Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us immediately at shop@edito.com.au or call 0410 483 710. If your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to make changes—but we’ll help arrange a return or exchange where possible.
+Can I ship to a PO Box or Parcel Locker?
We can deliver to PO Boxes. However we are unable to deliver to freight forwarding addresses. Please provide a physical address for secure delivery.
+How can I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with a tracking link and tracking code once your parcel is dispatched. Click the link to follow your shipment status. Alternatively use the link below:
Payments & Checkout
+What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal, and Buy Now Pay Later options such as Afterpay. Learn more about accepted forms of payment.
+Can I use more than one discount code or gift card per order?
Only one discount code or gift card can be applied per order. Codes cannot be added retroactively after checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
+What is your returns policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in original condition, unworn with tags attached. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
+Are sale items eligible for return or exchange?
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
+What if the item I received is faulty or incorrect?
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, email us at shop@edito.com.au with your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
+Can I return an online purchase in-store?
You may return your online order in-store within 14 days. Please get in touch with us to let us know.

Each product page includes a size guide to help you find the perfect fit. If you’re unsure, please reach out to us for assistance.
+What happens if an item is out of stock?
Some styles are limited edition. If a product is out of stock, please contact us to see if it will be restocked.
+How should I care for my garment?
Refer to the care label on your garment and follow the instructions carefully.
Gift Cards & Store Credit
+Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards available for purchase online and in-store. They can be redeemed both online and in-store . Purchase a gift card.
+How long are gift cards valid for?
Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

+Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes. Select “Pick up in-store” at checkout. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for collection.
