DELIVERY
AUSTRALIA WIDE DELIVERY
For delivery within Australia, we endeavour to pack and ship your order within 1 working day. Your selected items will be express shipped to your location via Australia Post and delivered within the following 2 business days for metro areas and and 2-4 business days in rural areas.
Edito Boutique offers free express delivery within Australia for purchases over $300. Alternatively, there is a $10 postage fee.
NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY
For delivery to New Zealand, we endeavour to pack and ship your order within 1 working day. Your selected items will be express shipped to your location via Australia Post Express International and delivered within the following 2 to 5 days business. Postage fee is $35.
ASIA/AMERICA/EUROPE DELIVERY
For delivery to Asia, America and Europe, we endeavour to pack and ship your order within 1 working day. Your selected items will be express shipped to your location via Australia Post Express International and delivered within the following 3 to 6 days business. Postage fee is $60.
TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Enter your tracking number on the Australia Post tracking page, and click the Track button.
Alternatively, please email Edito Boutique at shop@edito.com.au and we will track the shipment and reply back to you. We endeavour to respond to email correspondence within 24 hours of it being received.
RISK OF LOSS
All products purchased from Edito Boutique ( through website / email / phone ) are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by Edito Boutique. Title to the merchandise purchased from Edito Boutique ( through website / email / phone ) as well as the risk of loss of merchandise, passes to you when Edito Boutique delivers the merchandise to the carrier.
RETURNS
We try our best to ensure that product descriptions and images on edito.com.au are accurate and therefore hope you are pleased with the goods ordered.
However if you are not fully satisfied, we will organise an exchange, credit or refund pending on the following information.
WHAT IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETUN?
You can return purchased items for an exchange, credit or refund if the item you have purchased is unworn, in pristine condition, in its original packaging, and with tags still attached.
*Please note, we do not accept returns on the following:
- Gift vouchers
- Items on sale
*Please note, items purchased whilst in store, are subject to our boutique in-store returns policy. For clarity, we do not extend our refund offers to in-store purchases where the customer has had the opportunity to inspect and try on the products before making the purchase.
*Please note, once an exchange has been processed, it is final. The exchanged item cannot be returned for another exchange, credit or refund.
WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?
- Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Return your item(s) within 7 days after above notification
WHAT IS THE RETURN PROCESS?
1. To begin the return process, we need written advice within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email Edito Boutique at shop@edito.com.au to notify us of your intended return with the following information:
- order number
- Item(s) to be returned
- reason for return
- selected outcome (exchange/credit/refund)
2. Once the return has been approved via return email, please post the item/s back as follows:
- Post item(s) back to us within 5 days, otherwise your return will not be accepted.
- Please send through your tracking information.
Please note we offer complimentary standard shipping for exchanges, however return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
Return Items that are damaged, soiled or missing tags will not qualify for exchange, credit or refund under this Returns Policy.
Returned parcels must be trackable. Edito Boutique will not take responsibility for goods not received.
FAULTY ITEMS
Faulty items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within a small time frame. Items that have been damaged from wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to return a purchased item you consider faulty, please contact us at shop@edito.com.au with the following information:
- Order Number
- Item's brand/ name or description
- short drescription of the fault
Once your return is approved, and the item is received, the brand/manufacturer will assess the claim.
If your item is deemed faulty by the brand/manufacturer, a replacement item will be provided or alternatively a credit, refund issued.
