Edito Boutique offers free standard delivery within Australia for purchases over $200. Alternatively, there is a $10 postage fee.

For delivery to New Zealand, we endeavour to pack and ship your order within 1 working day. Your selected items will be express shipped to your location via Australia Post Express International and delivered within the following 2 to 5 business days. Postage fee is NZ$25

ASIA DELIVERY

For delivery to Asia, we endeavour to pack and ship your order within 1 working day. Your selected items will be express shipped to your location via Australia Post Express International and delivered within the following 2 to 5 business days. Postage fee is SG$27/HK$165

USA DELIVERY

For delivery to the USA, we endeavour to pack and ship your order within 1 working day. Your selected items will be express shipped to your location via Australia Post Express International and delivered within the following 3 to 6 business days. Postage fee is US$45.

CANADA DELIVERY

For delivery to Canada, we endeavour to pack and ship your order within 1 working day. Your selected items will be express shipped to your location via Australia Post Express International and delivered within the following 3 to 6 business days. Postage fee is CA$50.

EUROPE DELIVERY 

For delivery to Europe, we endeavour to pack and ship your order within 1 working day. Your selected items will be express shipped to your location via Australia Post Express International and delivered within the following 3 to 6 business days. Postage fee is €30.

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Enter your tracking number on the Australia Post tracking page, and click the Track button.Alternatively, please email Edito Boutique at shop@edito.com.au and we will track the shipment and reply back to you. We endeavour to respond to email correspondence within 24 hours of it being received.

RISK OF LOSS

All products purchased from Edito Boutique ( through website / email / phone ) are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by Edito Boutique. Title to the merchandise purchased from Edito Boutique ( through website / email / phone ) as well as the risk of loss of merchandise, passes to you when Edito Boutique delivers the merchandise to the carrier.

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

Your merchandise may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes, which are determined once your shipment reaches your country. These costs are additional and are payable by you. You may be required to pay additional customs clearance charges. Edito is not liable for, nor responsible for such import duties, fees, taxes or charges. In addition, orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond our control. If you choose to refuse a shipment from Edito, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, duties, fees, taxes and / or customs charges incurred, and the cost of return shipping to Edito.

You can return purchased items for an exchange, credit or refund if the item you have purchased is unworn, in pristine condition, in its original packaging, and with tags still attached.

1. To begin the return process, we need written advice within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email Edito Boutique at shop@edito.com.au to notify us of your intended return with the following information:

• Item(s) to be returned
• reason for return
• selected outcome (exchange/credit/refund)

2. Please post the item/s back as follows:

• Post item(s) back to us within 14 days, otherwise your return will not be accepted.
• Please send through your tracking information.

Please note we offer complimentary standard shipping for exchanges, however return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
Return Items that are damaged, soiled or missing tags will not qualify for exchange, credit or refund under this Returns Policy.
Returned parcels must be trackable. Edito Boutique will not take responsibility for goods not received.
